VISITING THE GARDENS, MEDIEVAL FISHPONDS, AND TEAROOM

March 24th to October 14th,

Tuesdays 1pm to 5pm, Wednesdays 10am to 2pm and Bank Holiday Mondays 10am-2pm

Entrance £11.50  (£10.75 if purchased in advance),  Children £2.50, Friends Season Tickets £33.

  Historic House members free of charge.

Visitors will be given a map of the gardens to guide themselves round.

Tours

Gift Vouchers  Entry plus tea and cake for two – £35

Visitors may use this voucher on any date of their choosing when the gardens are open.

Friends Season Ticket £33

Offering unlimited entry any time when the gardens are open. May be purchased on the gate or posted.

Tea Towel £12 incl. postage

Our pretty British made tea towel with hanging loop measuring 66 x 44 names our roses and their numbered position on the map.

Group Visits

Groups are most welcome to come on any of the normal opening days and we can provide parking facilities for coaches with prior arrangement . Complimentary admission for the group organiser and coach driver (min 15 full paying visitors).

However, for groups of ten or more, we do recommend you get in touch in advance so we can ensure that the tea room is adequately supplied and staffed.

Groups of 30 or more, paying by BACS  to L G. Tucker  20-27-05 7053 6636 not less than four weeks in advance, may deduct 12.5% from the normal entrance charge of £11.50 each.

Private Group Visits to the Gardens

Arrangements can also be made for the Garden to open at other times or days for the exclusive use of Garden Groups at a charge of £16 per head subject to a minimum of £500 paid not less than 4 weeks in advance.

To reserve a date and time a non returnable deposit of £100 is required

FORTHCOMING ATTRACTIONS

This Summer Moving Parts Theatre Company will be returning to Hindringham Hall for its third year.

The production of  Northanger Abbey by Jane Austen  will take place at 7pm on Friday 10th July 2026.

Performances will take place on the East Lawn and you are welcome to bring a picnic.

Disabled access: We do welcome sharing the garden with our disabled visitors and do not want to disappoint you so please be advised that the area around the Hall within the Moat is accessible but elsewhere only partially accessible to wheelchairs with small wheels who might find the gravel paths difficult. There are no disabled toilet facilities.

One carer is admitted free of charge per wheelchair user or person whose disability necessitates a carer to accompany them.

DOGS are not permitted in the gardens, except registered guide and assistance dogs. Dogs are permitted in the tea room area.

FIND US

From Holt or Fakenham, turn off the A148 at The Crawfish Public House (Thursford) and proceed to Hindringham village. Turn left into Blacksmiths Lane (just before the church).

From Binham turn right into Blacksmiths Lane just after Hindringham Church.
